Whether you are sitting in my chair at XOXO Beauty Studio or using ALUX products to build your own business, my mission is to provide the quality and confidence you deserve.
I built ALUX on passion and late-night ambition to create a standard that lasts. For my clients, that means lashes that range from soft and subtle to bold and “After Dark.” For my fellow artists, it means professional products designed by someone who knows exactly what it takes to succeed in this industry. Policies
New Clients
Welcome, babe
All new Clients are required to book a Full Set. Please arrive with clean lashes (no makeup, oils, or mascara).
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go towards your service total.
If you are coming from another artist, please review our Foreign Fill Policy before booking.
Cancellation
We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Quick Fix
We offer a 48-hour complimentary fix if you experience unusual shedding.
After 48 hours, any touch-ups must be booked as a fill.
Please note: quick fixes do not apply if aftercare instructions were not followed.
Late Arrival
We allow a 10-minute grace period.
After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be shortened to fit remaining time, or rescheduled (late cancellation fees may apply).
Foreign Fills
We do not guarantee work done by other artists.
Foreign fills must be approved before booking. if the set does not meet our standards, a removal + full set may be required.
Please send a photo prior to booking if you are unsure.
Allergy
If you have sensitive eyes or a history if reactions, please book a patch test at least 24-hours prior to your appointment.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions if no patch test was performed.
If irritation occurs, removal is recommended immediately.
Safety
Your safety is our priority.
We use professional-grade sanitized tool and high-quality products at all times.
If you are feeling sick, have an eye infection, or any irritation, please reschedule your appointment.

What are some tips before getting eyelash extensions?
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes (no mascara, oils, or eye makeup). Avoid caffeine right before your appointment to help you stay relaxed. If you have sensitive eyes or allergies, we recommend booking a patch test 24-48 hours prior
How long do eyelash extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last 2-3 weeks before needing a fill. Your natural lash cycle, lifestyle, and aftercare all play a role in retention. for best results, we recommend booking fills every 2-3 weeks to keep your set looking full.
Who should not get eyelash extensions?
Eyelash extensions may not be suitable if you have active eye infections, irritation, or certain allergies to lash adhesive. If you have extremely sensitive eyes or a history of reactions, a patch test is strongly recommended before booking.
Will eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No.
When applied correctly and cared for properly, eyelash extensions will not damage your natural lashes. Damage typically only occurs from improper application or picking/pulling at your extensions.
How long does it take to apply eyelash extensions?
A full set typically takes 2-3 hours, depending on the style. Fill appointments usually take 1-2 hours.
Can I wear eye makeup or put mascara on my extensions?
We recommend avoiding mascara, especially waterproof formulas, as it can break down the adhesive and cause premature shedding. You can wear minimal eye makeup, but be sure to use oil-free products and cleanse gently.
Why are my lashes sometimes less full after my fill than other times?
This usually depends on your natural lash cycle and retention. If more natural lashes have shed since your last appointment, there may be fewer lashes to fill. Staying consistent with your 2-3 week fills will keep your sets looking full and even.
